1. JPS parents have the right to inquire about teachers' credentials.
2. JPS parents have the right to be informed when their children are not taught by a teacher meeting Highly Qualified Status.
3. JPS parents have the right to be informed when a long-term substitute teacher (longer than 30 days) is teaching their children.
4. JPS parents have the right to be informed about and to help determine the use of Title I funds and the school-wide plans for the use of federal funds.
